Domino Dollhouse Science/Vision

I love supporting fellow indie designers, especially when it comes to buying up  amazing pieces from their collections.  Most recently that would be Domino Dollhouse's Science/Visions Collection.  Fantastic pieces all in either a deep lush purple or in black.  It's simple and fucking perfect.  I told myself I would only get one thing but  seriously that plan went out the window once I saw the accessories accompanying the clothes.  The following are what I grabbed at 8 am the day of the collections release.  On.That.Shit.

In this post I am featuring the Halo Dress.  The body of the dress is made from a super soft black jersey and the chest, hood and sleeves are made from a stretchy sweater knit.  Super stylish and beyond comfortable.  I wasn't sure how I was going to feel wearing a shapeless dress.  I say shapeless as in it's not a bodycon and there is no waist which I don't normally do.  I was so happy I took a chance because I think I look pretty amazing.  Just another example of how taking risks with pieces out of the norm and your comfort zone can really pay off.

I kept the accessories simple in color.  The crystal quartz necklace and double finger quartz ring are designed by Adam Rabbit Accessories both available at   Also including my trusty black vinyl clutch, cream colored tights from One Stop Plus and shoes I grabbed at a fat clothing swap but are from Lane Bryant.
